DFF Value Set based on Work Order field values.

I have a created a DFF on the Self-Service Work Order called Work Order Sub-Status, which the client would like to have a Value Set (List of Values) for.

They would like the Value Set to be filtered based on the Work Order Owning Department (this is their business unit) and the Work Order Status.

If Owning Department is ABC and Work Order Status is Unreleased, then the Work Order Sub-Status Value Set will show these values.

If Owning Department is ABC and Work Order Status is Released, then the Work Order Sub-Status Value Set will show other values.
