Enable attachment function on FND_Document screen

Hello,

i am trying to enable the attachment clip on the attachment form (purchasing responsibility-->Setup -->Attachment form).  I use the function PO_FNDATDOC and create entity attach to the function.  The attachment option is didnt enabled.

Please let me know is it possible to enable on the form or standard functionality its not possible?

Since user wants to store some additional information about attachments.
