What do I need to do to set up additional database on servers to be monitored by EM Cloud Control 12

I have Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c (12.1.0.4) installed on a server along with the EM Repository (EMR instance).  I also have another standalone database used as a failover for our production application database on this same server.  I have both OMS and the Management Agent running on this server.  I added the standalone database on this server as a target to monitor.  I want to be able to add 2 other databases that are on other servers to be monitored.  Is there some EM software that needs to be installed on these other database servers?  If so, what and
