FDMEE to HFM COMM Validate Data Fails

Hello All,

I am trying to load a flat file from FDMEE to HFM and its failing at the validate step with "Error in COMM Validate Data".  If I change the "Check Intersection" option on the HFM application to "No" then the validate step is successful.  Any ideas why this would fail when "Check Intersections" is turned on (i.e set to Yes).
