I am facing below error while logging in application:

(modpref.cpp (958)) SBL-DAT-00807: LoadPreferences: E:\sba81\gtwysrvr\fs\userpref\ADMINSUP&Siebel Sales Enterprise.spf: Failed to load preferences.

I tried to search for error code SBL-DAT-00807 but no luck.

I replaced ADMINSUP&Siebel Sales Enterprise.spf from another environment but still same issue and also made a copy of SADMIN
