How to change the application title name in 8.2.2.14

Hi,

we are using siebel 8.2.2.14 and enabled open UI.

when the user logs in to application, the default name of the application will be siebel public sector, instead we need a different name.

can any one please suggest the necessary changes.

i tried in the object manger level change by changing below parameters, but no luck

CFGApplicationName

CFGApplicationSplashText

CFGApplicationTitle
