Siebel User Profile Deletion

Hi,

Due to EU Complinace, Our Business wants to Delete the User Information from the system, once User Resigns/Leave/Change of Project.

Currently User Id is created based on Calculation i.e., First Letter of User First Name + Last Name. For Eg: For Naresh Kumar the User Id would be NKUMAR.

Currently, we are making changes in the Last Name of the User Profile as LastName-expired to identify that the user is no longer exist in the application.

But business wants to delete the User profile because of EU Compliance.

As far as my understanding, it would impact all the records in the Application, where the user has created the updates or updated any objects, if the user is their on teams of any objects.
