Tag Revisions F1217Z2 only one record at a time?

Hi all,

I did an upload to F1201Z1 using grid import, that went well all records got in, now when i am trying to do grid import for the F1217Z2 (tag revision) it only let's one at a time, am i doing anything wrong?
