E900 P9035 role definition how to understand the option Y and N

Hi, i was wondering how to make use of the task  view role definition P9035 ..by default in my testing demo junior, it is shown as Y Y .. i can opt to change to N N in the row exit..

But how come in my client side, it would able to show Y N,  YY, NN..how to change it to YN ?

what is meant by available by in applied role ? 

In Y in the enabled column is meant for what ?

In client's screen,  it has shown that most are Y N ,  why some are Y Y

pls kindly clarify further...
