List applet items not clickable after a query

We deployed Siebel Open UI (vs. 8.1.1.11.13) to our production environment a couple weeks ago and our users now use Chrome (vs. 42+) for Siebel.

Given the following scenario:

  1. From a list applet like Accounts, the user clicks the Query button
  2. The user enters in the list applet the query
  3. The user clicks Enter or Alt-Enter keyboard shortcut to execute the query and multiple records are returned.

Result: The query records are displayed, but the user is unable to mouse click to select another record in the applet.  Now, if they use the Next Record button or equivalent keyboard shortcut, this seems to "kick the tires" and now the user can click on any record in the applet.
