Siebel 8.1.1.14 - TheApplication() custom method call from Browser script

Hello,

We would like to use custom methods for the "TheApplication()" object. The custom methods work fine when they are called from Server scripts however there is thrown error when they are called from Browser scripts.

The error is:

Maybe someone know why this happens and is there some workaround to call custom "TheApplication()" methods from Browser scripts?
