OL kernel-2.6.18-308.el5 the network does not work

Hi

I Oracle Linux 5.8.

When I start with the kernel-2.6.18-308.el5 the network does not work

When I start with the kernel-uek-2.6.32-300.10.1.el5uek everything works correctly

As I can run the network with the kernel-2.6.18-308.el5
