Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. please could help us to understand this sentence:

it related to peoplesoft chartfield, are assigned to department and system

whenan entry is recorded to ledger it is accomplished by source code from department or system that is booking it ...

what are this kind of source code?
