Copying a responsiblity in R12

We are currently in the midst of a Kofax implementation and I need to create a new responsibility that mirrors a current responsibility exactly, except I need to turn off batches.  Is there a way we can do that?  If I can just get teh resposiblity copied over and names something differently I can then turn off batches in the profiles options.
