Can someone Help me where to start oracle Performance Tuning, I am new to oracle databases.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to oracle Databases. i recently got my job, i want to learn performance turning. Can someone tell me where to start and how to start, what all things should i cover so that i can solve performace issues with queries of slow performance of databases.

I appreciate if someone can help me.
