Can we attach the record attachments(documents) in Custom Reports

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if we can attach the record attachments to custom reports. The "Attachments" is the link where we can upload various types of documents supporting the record information (found at the bottom left corner of each record).

ex. If a record has 3 attachments, Can we build a custom report to show the attachments. The report needs to print all the records with their respective attachments.

If Yes, What if there are multiple types of attachments attached in the record. ex. pdf, word, image file.

Please let me know if anyone has built this type of a Custom Report template and what is the procedure to use. I am using BI Publisher Word Plugin.
