Need Portal Export option for "Manage Configuration" permission

Hi Experts,

We are using Web Center Portal 11.1.1.8.0. We use Portal Builder to build our portals. We have a parent portal accessible and used across our organization. We have multiple sub-portals under parent portal.

We need to configure few resources from each team as administrators for that particular department's sub-portal.

We granted such admins "Application Specialist" role. We granted "Moderator" role to such admins on their individual department sub-portals. After doing this, we wanted such admins

Req#1 - capability to administer their sub-portal

Req#2 - capability to take a backup of their sub-portals using "Export" option.

After granting "Manage Configuration" permission to "Application Specialist", we were able to achieve Req#1. But we were not able to enable portal/sub-portal "Export" option with out granting full admin access.
