20299023 Patch metadata download

Hi

20299023 is the latest patch available for Oracle 12c database.

I would like to apply this patch via EM to our database fleet and to do that i need to download the patch and the patch metadata from MOS.


Where in MOS is the patch metadata available as i am not able to see this.

Will the patch metadata file have some indication how popular this patch is so when i do an analysis EM can show me that this quite a popular patch and many have applied it successfully ?



Note :I would be using the offline mode to apply this patch.
