exporting and Importing Workspace and Applications to Recently migrated Apex version

Dear Friends,

We are planning to migrating environment from lower versions to higher versions.

source details

-----------------

database : 10.2.0.4

Application : iAS server

Apex : 4.2

Target details

-----------------

database : 12c

Applications : 11g Forms and Report server.

Apex : 4.2.6

We are almost done with test plan except migrating workspace and application in Apex.

I reviewed and following couple of documents to migrate workspace and applications, all the steps were failed to take export from command line.

Could you please help us finish this task successfully.

Following is the error message for your reference, I've properly configured ORALCE_HOME, PATH, JAVA_PATH, APEX_UTILITIES path, but still failing.
