Oracle Alert is terminating with signal 11

Hi Team,

Oracle alert is terminating with signal 11 error after Database was upgraded to 11.2.0.4 and application of JAN-15 CPU-PSU patches. Please find below error details.

In production intance {Instance without database upgrade and CPU-PSU patches}, the alerts are working fine. We have also checked the version of file "$ALR_TOP/bin/ALECDC", it is same in both the instances.
