orachk to check pre-upgrade best practices

Hi,

 

I am trying to execute pre-upgrade checks against 11.2.0.3 (target 12.1.0.2) database but orachk

for some reason tells that everything is already upgraded

I attached output of the version of database and output of orachk -u -o pre

 

There is ASM 12c installed with DB 11.2.0.3 and oracle home for 12c installed as well (but was not used during execution of check)

so might be such configuration is not clear for a check tool

 

Does anyone know how to execute pre upgrade checks for such case (to see benefits they bring)
