BIP Field detail is not showing

I just found out that my BIP Word template is not display the detail info

I should be able to see the detail info in each field mapping or the conditional format/region, but when I select the field and right mouse click to select BI Publish I saw an empty box without any info/data.

Please let me know if I need to reinstall BIP Desktop

I have 11.1.1.7 with Office (Word 2013).
