Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Change unapplied cash (UC) to credit memo (CM)?

Is there a way to change an unapplied cash transaction (UC) to instead be a credit memo (CM) for the account?

R03B620 seems to be usable? Can this be done on a case by case basis or will it go into F03B13/14 and change all UC to CM?
