Unable to complete Bills Receivable

Hi, Receivables Guru

Please help us in this issue.

We want to create a bill receivable and when we do all tins we pressed on Complete and we faced this error.

The total adjustment amount does not equal the sum of the adjustments made to the line, tax, freight and charges buckets. Please contact Oracle Support Services.

We followed note 825058.1 and the new created on has the same error.
