Install Siebel Tools twice in one laptop

Hi,

Can we install siebel tools twice in one laptop, each of different versions and connect to two different environments ?

Is there anyway that we can install two siebel tools and open both at same time and work on it same time.

Or atleast is there any way install two siebel tools and we can work on them without changing the DSN settings everytime when we change the environment.
