where are the OCI demo sources?

As of the docs there should be demo source files, e.g. cdemodp.c in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo. <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">But this directory is empty on all server and client installations I have examined so far. Somewhere I read they are on a "companion disk". Where can I find it (11g)?</span>
