i have difference between All Inventories Value Report and material transaction report

Hi all

For example

i have differences for January-2015 , when i run material transaction report for jan-2015, it is 19549687.4 and when i run all All Inventories Value Report for jan-2015 and i deduct the value of 31-Dec-2014 , i found difference around 247574.58.

what is the differences between the two reports and what could be cause of this
