oracle general ledger-third party control account & retric manual journal

Hi,

Can we have multiple Third party control accounts? if yes, how it will effect the account or setup?

And when u select third party control account does it sto end users to do any journals via oracle forms or web ADI?

Restrict manual Journals- does it stop end user to do any manual journal  against the assigned account code/value?

any help/info is highly appreciated.
