adpatch fails relink for all modules

Hi

Ebusiness Suite 12.1.3 on Oracle Linux x64. Oracle 12c on Oracle Linux x64.

The environment has been taken from the same environment but on a 32 bit server. Database export etc.

The environment runs fine, but somewhere along the way adpatch has started failing. Here is part of the relink log file:

Starting  link of fnd executable 'FNDSLOAD' on Thu May  7 12:22:28 BST 2015

make: *** No rule to make target

`/apps/prod/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/lib/afsload.o', needed by

`/apps/prod/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/FNDSLOAD'.  Stop.
