solaris cluster file recreation

Hello,

We have an activity where we need to recreate the cluster file system for extending the same,as the storage doesn't have the free slot we have to go for complete removal & recreation of the LUN with the high capacity disks.

Need your suggestion what are the steps we need to follow & any precaution

Sun cluster 3.2

SVM metaset is there.

Solaris10

If any other information required please let me know.
