CRMOD Migration Tool - Upsert / FieldManagement - Why do I get the error The language parameter is m

For an object (XML file), when I use the Upsert command for FieldManagement, I get the error:

 

<ErrorCode>SBL-ODU-01011</ErrorCode><ErrorMessage>The language parameter is missing.(SBL-ODS-50438)</ErrorMessage></detail></env:Fault>

 

- In the XML file it is only the tag LanguageCode and the value exist in the target environment. -

   

What is that language parameter? What is wrong and/or should I check?
