How do I clear a critical violation of the STIG Compliance DG0001?

After installing EM and adding some target databases, I associated STIG Compliance with my production database which is 12.1.0.2.  I am getting a Critical Violation saying that the software not supported by the vendor is not evaluated or patched against newly found vulnerabilities.  This database is patched with the latest April Security Patch 20299023 with subpatch 19769480.  I don't know why it is indicating that it is not patched.  What do I do?
