A question on JDE Multi facility planning R3483 program - Can it generate New order message 'O' for

I have a question on JDE Multi facility planning R3483 program - Can it generate New order message 'O' for "SH/OH" creation? Does it require any specific setup on Planning Info of Item Branch records? Currently its generating New Order messages 'O' with "ON" order type where the demand and supply branches are from different company and division.
