Service Tab disabled in Item Master

Hi,

Noticed that the 'Service' Tab in Item Master is disabled in our Dev Instance. I think it has to do with the application licensing..

Does anyone know if there is any specifics on this..? I checked an verified that we have IB and Service in shared licensing.

Anyone faced this before..?
