Projects Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade from 11.5.9 1o R12 ( 12.2.4). To reduce business disruption /downtime, the plan is to upgrade in multiple phases but we don't want to involve the entire company for testing at every step. One of the intermediate step during the upgrade will be going from 11.5.9 to to 11.5.10.2. Here we want to do minimal user testing to see if all functionality works. But we want to  review/compare the changes in 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2.

Does anyone has a document /meta link note that highlights all changes between these 2 versions. I am looking for changes in Business Features/functionality ( forms/concurrent programs/ setups) and  Technology stack.
