AR Invoice Print report Error

I am running a customized report from concurrent program. The program errors out only for certain transaction numbers  and not for all transaction numbers. The error is REP-1401: 'term_all_amountformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred. ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error . I have increased the size of the formula column in the RDF and executed it. But it still gives the same error. This is a customized report from a standard report. The term_all_amount is a standard formula column.

Do I need to apply any patch for this issue?

I am attaching the log file.  Any feed back is appreciated.
