Clone and Refresh failed on: Failed to copy password file from asm

Hi Everyone,

We are using Cloud Control 12.1.0.4, managed targets are 12.1.0.2 RAC databases using ASM.

We are trying to clone RAC 2 node database (in ASM) using DBaaS, which in turn uses the feature in Provisioning -> Clone and Refresh. 

Clone database failed with error stack:

Can not create path /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/log/diag/asmcmd

Can not create path /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/log/diag/asmcmd/user_oracle/gxadbadm02.chesco.org/alert

Can not create path /u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/log/diag/asmcmd/user_oracle/gxadbadm02.chesco.org/trace

Can't open '/u01/app/12.1.0.2/grid/log/diag/asmcmd/user_oracle/gxadbadm02.chesco.org/alert/alert.log' for append
