State Depr for Fixed Assets

We currently use a separate system outside of PeopleSoft to track state depreciation.  We do this since each state has their own rules/ rates.   We'd prefer to do this in PeopleSoft.  Does anyone do this in PeopleSoft?  If so, how do you do it?  Are the rates updated automatically or do you update them manually?

I'd also be interested in learning more about any third party systems you use.  We currently use CS Fixed Assets.
