ce_999_pkg - how this package is called and from where?

this package ce_999_pkg is using a view which is based on dual table.

so created a staging table based on the structure of the view and then assigned it to this view in the place of dual table.

This view is used by the ce_999_pkg for doing some updates , this package all it does is updates on this view, so he is trying to figure out how the base tables are populated?

one line question - how this package is called and from where?
