Siebel Automatic reply Mail Looping issue
Hi Team,
Currently we are facing feedback looping issues in Siebel 8.1.1.10
Please find below explanation of feedback looping functionality.
1. In Current Project we are using Siebel email response feature which uses customised workflow which picks mail from each mailboxes & starts creating Service request & Activity records in Siebel.We have Auto response sent for every SR created in Siebel.
2. In this case when the recipient of the Auto SR response mail has also set up an automatic reply for every mail it receives, then that automatic reply again reaches Siebel to create an auto SR for the reply.
Note: In Workflow logic we are preventing if subject text contains with "OOO’ or ‘Automatic Reply’ or ‘Undeliverable’,
