Quoting: entering a reason for losing the quote
Hi,
We're using Quoting (ASO) to register quotes and push them through to Order Management when we've won the bid.
If the quote is sent to a customer, the status is Bid, which freezes the quote, so no updates are done to it.
If we then loose the bid, we set it to inactive, which also is a non-updateable status.
Question: is there a (standard) way to register the reason why we lost the bid? Preferably a value from a LOV.
