ERPi Step : Export members to planning application failed for dimension Account

its epm 11.1.2.1 ERPi, what i am trying to acheive here is extract metadata from EBS R12 (source) and load to the Planning Dimensions (target)

i have done the following:

Configure Source (EBS) and Target (Classic PLanning), Import format, location creation, and metadata mappings.

Now when we execute the Metadata rule- it fails at the last step "Export members to planning application for dimension Account"

when checked logs it gives the below:
