R31410 didn't call R31415 and R31418

Hi All,

When I run R31410, it didn't call R31415 and R31418 so it didn't create Bill of Material and Routing in work order.

I've already input BOM and routing for batch quantity = blank.

There's no error appear in my work center (the message is = Job R31410 JTP00WS Completed Normally), but when I check jde.log there are error like this :

5220/6552 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject  

Tue May 12 15:08:50.962000    Rtk_frms.c764

    RUN0000047 - Error - ProcOpt Data Size Mismatch: Requested 432 is greater than Retrieved 410 for App R31410,Version JTP00WS.

    Data Structure NOT allocated.  This usually means an item has been REMOVED from the template.  This business
