calculate 'DB CPU' time in STATSPACK report correct method

Hi:  I wonder what is the correct method in calculating 'DB CPU' in percentage and time (e.g: in seconds) from STATSPACK report?  Is it: CPU Time in "Top 5 Timed Events"/ DB CPU in "Time Model System Stats"?  Why 'DB CPU' in "Time Model System Stats" doesn't much 'Instance Total CPU times' in "Instance CPU", and any other CPU-related value??

The sections in Statspack:

1. Load Profile:  DB Time, DB CPU

2. Top 5 Timed Events: CPU

3. Host CPU:

4. Instance CPU

5. Time Model System Stats

For example, for 'Instance CPU' section in statspack below, our system gives 55% CPU to DB, so it is a normal value in stress-test?

Howdy, Stranger!
