SERIAL NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN EVEN WHEN IT SEEN IN ON-HAND.

Hi,

When i am trying to do RTV  but while selecting the serial no it does not exist in LOV and when i try to insert the serial no it show me error as 'frm-40212 :invalid value for field fm serial number'..

When i check the on hand for the item  the serial no exist for that on hand.

Can any one help me on this.
