Costs not showing against FA Asset - From Capitalized Work Order

Hi Gurus,

I am facing an issue. At first, I thought it might be eAM related but it looks like it is FA related.

I was contacted by a User saying that she was trying to capitalize a Work Order for a particular Asset but when she opened the WO Capitalization form, no lines were coming through from the work order. She also said that for that particular eAM Asset there was a Child Asset which had the same description as the work order, however there were no costs showing for the Child Asset or no new costs for the parent.
