Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to check which users has locked outline in Essbase?

When a user is granted Administrator access to a particular application, won't he be able to unlock the outline by himself?

We are on version 11.1.2.3.500
