Multiple FDMEE load in ARM

Client would like to be able to load multiple times during the reconciliation process to include late adjustments in the various source systems.
If a reconciliation is already completed (preparer submitted and/or reviewer approved), will this be reopened with the new data load? Anyway to prevent
this? Thank you.
