SWT used during Log Out in siebel CRM

Hi,

by default in our CRM application, when user Logs off from the system, the login page gets shown to user.

What I need to do is, instead of showing the login Page, I need to show the user a message something similar to below

"You have successfully logged out of the Siebel Application. It is recommended that you close this browser window."

Can anyone of you please guide me with high level steps of how to achieve this.
