Siebel IP 2013 - HI dependency

Hi,

We are thinking of implementing open UI using IP2013 pack.

Can anyone of you please let me know, after implementing open UI with this release, do we in any way will need our HI client (like performing some specific admin task). Or we can completely decommission the HI application and there is no dependency.
